Vegan Hamper will not sell products for purchase by children (under the age of 16). Children’s products are purchased by adults. The processing of personal data of a child shall be lawful where the child is at least 16 years old. Where the child is below the age of 16 processing shall only be lawful only if consent is given by the holder of parental responsibility.
